Besan Laddoos

Makes 12 medium sized laddoos
3/4th Cup Besan Flour
3/4th Cup Powdered Sugar 
( you could use Castor Sugar if you like a grainy texture. I did)
4 Tablespoons Ghee
in a heavy bottomed pan, heat ghee, on a low flame, till it meld
Add the besan flour to it and mix well
Keep stirring , on a low flame, till the mixture starts changing colour and emits an aroma
(We don’t need it to become brown)
Now add the sugar to the above mixture
Mix well, keeping the flame low throughout, till it all comes together, forming a mass
Switch off flame
Cool completely, before shaping into balls
