cook (2-3 whistles) the Daliya with water and keep aside.
oil, add the Rye,Curry Leaves and Green Chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes
vegetables and allow them to cook, sprinkle water, if required
add the cooked Daliya, mix in the Curd and cook for few minutes.
