Sattu ke Laddu

Sattu-Laddu-Sirimiri

Dalia

Sattu is a flour derived from grinding roasted Bengal Gram which is also known as Dalia

Ingredients:

Dalia Ki Daal 1 Cup

Sugar 1 Cup

Ghee ½ Cup

Dry Fruits/Saffron for garnishing (optional)

Method:

Grind Dalia to a fine powder

Grind Sugar to a fine powder

Mix both together very well

Heat Ghee till it starts smoking

Pour the hot ghee into the dalia+sugar mixture and mix immediately

Let it cool a bit and shape into balls

Garnish as desired.

Store in an airtight container, and refrigerate if necessary.
