Sattu ke Laddu

- Dalia Ki Daal 1 Cup
- Sugar 1 Cup
- Ghee ½ Cup
- Dry Fruits/Saffron for garnishing (optional)
- Grind Dalia to a fine powder
- Grind Sugar to a fine powder
- Mix both together very well
- Heat Ghee till it starts smoking
- Pour the hot ghee into the dalia+sugar mixture and mix immediately
- Let it cool a bit and shape into balls
- Garnish as desired.
- Store in an airtight container, and refrigerate if necessary.
