Overnight Oats or Bircher Muesli

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

I first tasted Bircher Muesli at breakfast at the ITC Grand Chola in Chennai in December 2012. I loved it so much that I began googling the recipes for the same. After trying out a few, I came up with my own and here it is.

Caution: This recipe has converted too many people from ‘Ewww, I HATE Oats!’ to ‘Wow! I am going to eat more of Oats now! Could I have the recipe of it?’

You could also use this recipe and serve it as Breakfast in a Jar.

  2. Sure going to try, coz we love oats. And with fresh strawberries of the season, it would be a happy surprise for all!
    Thank you for sharing Mayuri.

    1. I hope you like it, Anagha. I love it with strawberries too!:)

  3. I love Bircher Muesli and always make it a point to have it when I am traveling. So healthy. I also make my diabetes-friendly version regularly, but without the apple juice (the Tetrapak is a no-no). I also skip the honey and add dates instead. Yummy!

    1. Thank you, Vidya. I sometimes add dates too:)

  4. Will love to try it,never tried oats till now.
