This October, I welcome blessings tenfold.
October has always felt like a month that carries a little magic in its pocket. The mornings grow gentler. The evenings are more thoughtful. And somewhere in between, a hush settles in, like an invitation. A reminder to slow down, to look around, to open your arms. Because what you notice has a way of multiplying. Often tenfold.
This October, I’m choosing abundance. Not just financial abundance, though I wouldn’t mind that landing tenfold either, but abundance in joy, in peace, in everyday little wins.
The Power of Tenfold
Tenfold means something that grows or multiplies ten times over. Imagine if happiness, kindness, or gratitude could do that – show up tenfold – simply because we chose to pay attention. Imagine the impact that could have on our lives, our relationships, even our energy.
It’s easy to notice what’s missing. But this month, I want to flip that tendency and notice what’s present. The smile of a stranger on my morning walk? That’s joy, tenfold. The time I make for myself to read without guilt? That’s self-love, tenfold. Even the hard lessons life hands me, those are growth tenfold.

How to Invite Blessings Tenfold
Here are a few gentle, doable ways I’m planning to invite blessings into my October:
• Gratitude journaling: Just three things a day. Big or small. Gratitude has a way of coming back to you, yes, tenfold.
• Mindful pauses: A deep breath before reacting. It softens tension and multiplies patience tenfold.
• Joyful movement: Dancing in my room counts. Anything that makes me feel alive has a ripple effect that is tenfold.
• Generosity of spirit: Compliments, smiles, encouraging words. They always return tenfold, sometimes from the most unexpected places.
Tenfold Trust
Most importantly, I’m reminding myself that what’s meant for me will never miss me. I don’t have to chase, force, or settle for anything. Life has a way of sending you what you’re ready for, tenfold, once you make space for it.
October arrives just after the autumnal equinox, when day and night briefly balance. It’s a turning point, a quiet shift from light into shadow, from movement into reflection. And in that soft descent, I find my reset. My clean slate.
I want to fill this month with laughter, good conversations, soulful writing, and the kind of quiet that nourishes rather than weighs me down.
So here’s to a season that gives us more than we dared hope for, tenfold.
May October be generous with all of us.
May we find the courage to ask, the patience to wait, and the joy to receive
This post was created for the Blogaberry Creative (Monthly) Challenge, with the theme word ‘Ten’ for October.
My choice of word is ‘Tenfold’

Festival season becomes quiet a downer for me since Dad left so I think I needed this Mayuri. I have been trying to stay positive and taking things mindfully one thing at a time, but sometime sit just overwhelms me. Thanks for this ! May you be blessed with 10times the happiness.
I don’t know why but reading your post had such a serene and calming effect. It was so beautiful. I would definitely implement them in my life. Such a beautiful thought: kindness, gratitude, joy and peace increasing ten fold because we chose to notice them.
I’m actually going to borrow that trick of writing down three small, non-negotiable intentions every morning—not big goals, just little momentum boosters to keep the energy flowing all month.
This entire post has a profoundly positive vibe. Just like the festive spirit around, this post too uplifts the mood.
Such a beautifully meditative piece – reflective yet quietly powerful. I love how you captured October’s gentle balance and turned “tenfold” into both a mantra and a mindset. Elegant writing…
Your suggestions, like gratitude journaling, mindful pauses, and joyful movement, are simple yet profound ways to invite positivity into our lives. I particularly appreciate your reminder that what’s meant for us will never miss us, and that life has a way of sending us what we’re ready for once we make space for it. #BlogaberryDazzle
What a perfect reminder that when we shift our focus to what’s already here, the magic shows up ten-fold. Thanks for the inspiration — here’s to an October full of abundance, gratitude and those “little wins”
What a beautiful manifesto. I want to do gratitude journaling more often. I guess I should also work on this like you do.
Such a beautiful way to welcome October with open arms and quiet intention. ✨
I always liked October. As you said, the days are changing, and there is a slight chill in the air. If only we could get a tenfold on life’s abundance. Yes, mindfulness and gratitude is a great way to manifest our desires.
Your post couldn’t come at a better time. After going through multiple health issues past few months I’ve been advised to take it slow and I intend to do just that. Taking mindful breaks is so important!
I am feeling extremely calm and positive reading your blog. Thank you for this beautiful blog and ways to invite blessings.
What a positive post! Best wishes. would love to hear what October brought in; waiting for a post on that next month (maybe)
A very very positive post I am reading this week. It makes me feel good. I am smiling all through. Such posts are like blessings which makes you feel positive and prosporous. Stay Blessed
CThis was such a comforting read. The idea of turning gratitude into a conscious daily act feels quietly powerful. Loved how personal yet universal your reflections were, made me pause and take stock too.
My month began well with a successful and beautiful travel and then wham! Down with Herpes for the second part. Ten-fold indeed! But then I wish I had read this prior . Will keep this positive attitude in mind..seems so easy to follow. But then it needs constant reminding oneself .
October truly feels like a gentle reset, and I love how you’re choosing presence over pressure. Abundance in small joys is the kind that stays—quiet, steady, and yes, returning tenfold.
While we are busy wishing all the good things for our loved ones, we keep forgetting how important is wishing well for ourselves. Your post is a nice reminder for that.
This was a comfortable read is what I’d say as it calmed my mind. I wish that you find the abundance that you wished
