
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Eggs
2 Medium sized Onion, slit lengthwise
2 Green Chillies, slit
Salt, to taste
Turmeric, 1/4th Tsp
2-3 Tbsps Water
Method:
Heat the Oil in a pan
Add the Onions and saute till transparent, throw in the green chilles and saute for another 2-3 minutes
Add Salt and Turmeric and the water and stir and cook the onions and chillies on a medium flame till the water evaporates.
Now break the eggs over the onions and cook till done, turning in between.
Serve hot with parathas or bread or enjoy it as an appetizer.

Simple but very tasty 🙂 We have something called kuthu parotta here… just check it out online. It is very filling and the parotta dish can be incorporated even with meat or veggies if you desire
