Avocado Spread

Makes 2 Sandwiches

For the spread
The pulp of 2 ripe Avocados, mashed until smooth
1/2 of a medium sized Onion, finely chopped
1/2 of a medium sized Tomato, finely chopped
1 Tsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped
1 small Green Chilly, finely chopped
Lemon juice
Chaat Masala
Freshly ground Pepper – all according to taste
4 Slices of Bread
Butter (optional)
Toast the bread and apply a thin layer of butter (if using) on the slices 
Mix together all the ingredients of the spread and mix well together
Apply a generous layer between 2 slices
Note: This could be used as a dip too
