Makes 2 Sandwiches
  • For the spread
  • The pulp of 2 ripe Avocados, mashed until smooth
  • ½ of a medium sized Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ of a medium sized Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 small Green Chilly, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice, to taste
  • Chaat Masala, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground Pepper, to taste
  • 4 Slices of Bread
  • Butter (optional)
  1. Toast the bread and apply a thin layer of butter (if using) on the slices
  2. Mix together all the ingredients of the spread and mix well together
  3. Apply a generous layer between 2 slices
  4. Enjoy
  5. Note: This spread could be used as a dip too
