The 4 best Casagrand Properties in OMR to invest in 2018

Posted on 10 November 201815 November 2018 By Mayuri Sharrma

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

Our country is developing at a rapid pace, with new business opportunities bringing in growth and expansion. New business opportunities mean the need for new infrastructure and requirements. People are moving in from different states, for new opportunities, creating a need for more living space. Almost all our cities and towns are expanding to accommodate these unique needs.

Cities bursting at the seams are spilling out to form newer areas. Recently developed areas are flourishing, giving people the best of both worlds, connection to the city and enough space and distance from the congestion.

Old constructions and developments often meant cramped living spaces with almost no amenities. Newer areas indicate new developments which mean better infrastructure and amenities.

Chennai’s overview

Over the last few years, I have seen Chennai as a city transform. When I first moved here, 8 years ago, Chennai was a city dominated by independent houses and low rise apartments. The landscape has been changing though, literally right before my eyes.

Some time ago my husband and I were planning to buy our dream home. We were looking at something connected to the city, yet a distance away from it, a house with all modern amenities and close to everything that would make life easier.

While my husband thought I was over ambitious with the list of all the things my dream home should have, I had no doubts that there is a property out there which would tick all boxes for me.

Sure enough, we found The Address Apartment by Casagrand, located in OMR, which had everything we were looking for, and more.

Casagrand is the leading real estate developer in South India. Being a Chennai based Real Estate enterprise started in 2004, their commitment to fulfilling the dreams of people wanting to own a home has manifested in the 12 million square feet, developed and sold by them till date. They design and build quality living spaces and operate in niche residential segments like luxury villas and apartments.

Emerging Affordable Locations in Chennai

Among the many, newly developing areas of Chennai, Old Madras Road, also known as OMR, is my personal favourite. Cleaner air, organised traffic, better civic and social infrastructure, good schools and colleges are just a few of the many advantages of living in this part of the city. Whether for a living space or an investment, if you’re looking for quality construction in a fast-growing area of Chennai, South Chennai is the place to consider.

Thalambur is an area located in the southern part of Chennai. It is currently the most developing place in matters related to infrastructure and residential places, and buying property here is an excellent investment opportunity. If you’re thinking of investing in property, where should you put your money?

The 4 best Casagrand Properties in OMR:

Casagrand Pallagio is a gated community of Mediterranean-styled luxury villas and apartments with state of the art amenities. Community owned roads and driveways and exclusive land, terrace and garden spaces add to it’s grandeur. With a great location, in Thoraipakkam and just 10 minutes from Tidel Park, right on the main road, it is the obvious choice for those who believe that they deserve only the best.

Casagrand Supremus: These are 728 lifestyle apartments spread across 12.65 acres. Contemporary new age architecture gives it a modern look. They are located 5 minutes off OMR, 10 minutes from SIPCOT Siruseri and 10 minutes from Sholinganallur Junction.

Casagrand Smart Town is a secured community of 428 lifestyle apartments spread over 5 acres of land. It includes 1bhk and 2bhk flats at low prices. It is situated 10 minutes from Siruseri IT Park.

Casagrand Esquire is a community of 48 apartments lavishly spread over 16.4 grounds. Zero dead space design policy ensures every space is optimally designed. Each apartment is enhanced with supreme features and fittings. Casagrand Esquire is premium, at a price that is not.

Casagrand Smart Town and Casagrand Esquire are surrounded by schools, hospitals, IT Companies and corporate houses. Both the projects have exclusive amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse and a children’s play area. They have spanking new, modern construction that is aesthetically appealing.

So, if you are planning to buy a property in Chennai, as an investment or as your home, these are my suggestions. We didn’t go wrong with Casagrand, nor will you.
