The House on the Hill #FridayFotoFiction
‘It’s an abandoned temple. Spirits live there now.’
‘Even birds don’t fly there.’
‘It’s a bhoot bangla (house of ghosts) no one even goes near it!’
‘It has been a cursed place! Don’t even look at it!’
The house on the hill had been the talk of the town forever. The small town was abuzz with tales about it. Funnily enough no one really knew, or had ventured even close to it to find out what it was. It was like the town had abandoned the house.
That is how the celebrity couple, the most beautiful and powerful husband and wife in the world, liked it.
After all they were the ones who had these rumours spread, so they could be left alone, to enjoy their visits here in peace.

Twist in the tale… loved it. Two thoughts that came to my mind – people believe without checking and second lovers find their way out always
Great observation, Manisha:)

The travails of being a celebrity i guess.. they had to conjure up these gossips to find some peace in their own house. Interesting story.
