The flowers in the bridal chamber delicately perfumed the air. The crinkles of her gown assured her that it fell perfectly, discreetly flattering her shape. The hairdresser had cleverly woven her mother’s necklace into her hairdo, and she reached out to feel it once again.
Lancy opened the drapes and felt the warmth of the sunlight on her face. She was so happy. Her big day was here at last! Her dream was finally coming true! She couldn’t wait for Ron to see her at the altar. What would he think? What would he say? How would he look? Lancy sighed, once again ruing the accident that had robbed her off her eyesight.
