Ingredients:
Paneer – ½ kg
Milkmaid – 1 tin
Dairy Whitener – 2 heaped Tbsps
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 th Tsp
Finely sliced Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing

Method:
Mash Paneer till granular, leaving no lumps.
Add the Milkmaid and Dairy Whitener to it and mix them all together.
In a thick bottomed pan cook this mixture on a medium flame.
Keep stirring and cooking till mixture starts thickening.
When it starts leaving the sides of the pan and forming a lump it’s ready.
Switch off flame.
Spread mixture onto a greased plate, even it out with gentle pats.
Garnish with Cardamom Powder and sliced Dried fruit.
Cool and cut into squares.
Refrigerate to store.
