Ingredients
  • Paneer – ½ kg
  • Milkmaid – 1 tin
  • Dairy Whitener – 2 heaped Tbsps
  • Cardamom Powder - ¼ th Tsp
  • Finely sliced Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing
Instructions
  1. Mash Paneer  till granular, leaving no lumps.
  2. Add the Milkmaid and Dairy Whitener to it and mix them all together.
  3. In a thick bottomed pan, cook this mixture on a medium flame
  4. Keep stirring and cooking  till mixture starts thickening.
  5. When it starts leaving the sides of the pan and forming a lump it's ready.
  6. Switch off gas.
  7. Spread mixture onto a greased plate, even it out with gentle pats.
  8. Garnish with Cardamom Powder and sliced Dried fruit.
  9. Cool and cut into squares.
  10. Refrigerate to store.
