Serves: 15-20 pieces
- Paneer – ½ kg
- Milkmaid – 1 tin
- Dairy Whitener – 2 heaped Tbsps
- Cardamom Powder - ¼ th Tsp
- Finely sliced Pistachios and Almonds for garnishing
- Mash Paneer till granular, leaving no lumps.
- Add the Milkmaid and Dairy Whitener to it and mix them all together.
- In a thick bottomed pan, cook this mixture on a medium flame
- Keep stirring and cooking till mixture starts thickening.
- When it starts leaving the sides of the pan and forming a lump it's ready.
- Switch off gas.
- Spread mixture onto a greased plate, even it out with gentle pats.
- Garnish with Cardamom Powder and sliced Dried fruit.
- Cool and cut into squares.
- Refrigerate to store.
