If you are a foodie like I am, you are most probably always on the lookout for food that is unique and teases your imagination and with flavours that satiate your taste buds. Ever since I discovered Fusion Food it has intrigued me. I don’t think I am part of a minority either, as the curiosity for fusion food is growing, as is the acceptance of it.

Fusion Food ensures a party of flavours, which you could not imagine together, in your mouth. It is a hit or miss though, but if the fusion works, it could get you hooked.

Biryani is my comfort food and I find myself craving for some classic Chicken Biryani very often. A well-made Biryani perks my mood and leaves a lasting impression. Then you have Noodles. I mean who does not like Noodles? Super quick to rustle up, warm and comforting to eat and especially handy when you’re short on time, traveling or just when untimely, between the meals, hunger pangs hit. You don’t even need to know cooking to make yourself instant noodles!

Biryani Noodles Pinterest NEW

I came across Biryaneez Biryani Noodle recently. Noodles in a Biryani Flavour! That too Chicken Biryani! Of course the attractive and eye-catching packaging piqued up my curiosity! I had to buy it, and I did.

A pack of Biryaneez Biryani Noodle Chicken Biryani Taste serves 1. It contains a block of instant noodles and a packet of Seasoning / Masala. All you need to do is boil 225 ml of water, add the instant noodles and the seasoning from the packet that comes with it and salivate as you breathe in the fragrance of the biryani noodles as it bubbles away on the gas stove.  You don’t even need to be patient, as it is cooked and ready in 5 minutes. The instant noodles used in Biryaneez Biryani Noodles are made from Wheat flour, so no unhealthy refined flour going into your system. Wheat Flour also makes you feel full for longer.

14 different spices come together to form the aromatic seasoning. You have onion, garlic, ginger, bay leaf, cardamom, chilly, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coriander, black pepper, tomato, turmeric and cumin.

The fragrance of each spice makes its presence felt, while the noodles are cooking, and later on through your taste buds. With each spoonful, the heady aroma of Chicken Biryani wafts towards your nostrils even as the plethora of spices used satiates your tastebuds. A rich taste indeed.
