‘You’ve lost weight!’

‘I look good, right?’ she preened and twirled.

‘You barely peck at your food these days I should have guessed you’re dieting.’

‘Ever since Robin the Rascal called me a ‘fat cow’ I vowed to make him eat his words!’ she stamped her foot for effect.

‘Looks like he’s eating more than his words though, considering how fat He’s gotten! Fine one he is, to call YOU fat!’

‘Damn him! I’m in the mood for some good food!’

‘You are right on time then,’ her friend smiled ‘look at that wedding about to start.’

They both looked towards the premises of a hotel, all set with gold chairs, roses bunched up and filmy white fabric, for a wedding.

‘Wow! If the décor is so beautiful imagine how delicious the food could be!’

Both the birds cackled, beat their winds in excitement and flew towards the wedding feast.
