Kandi Pedha

Makes 18 medium sized Pedha’s
160 ml/a little less than half a can of Nestle Milkmaid
1 cup Milk Powder
2 Tbsps Ghee
In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
Mix very well.
Heat a heavy bottomed pan, and add the above mix.
On the lowest flame, keep stirring the mix till it starts thickening.
You will need to keep stirring continuously, as the mix burns very fast.
In about 15 minutes the mix should start thickening, and leaving the sides of the pan.
At this stage switch off the flame and let the mix cool for a bit.
Grease your hands with ghee and give the pedhas your desired shape.
You will need to do so quickly, as the mixture hardens pretty fast.
Let set on a greased tray.
Store in an airtight container.
