Rava Halva

Ingredients:

Katori Rava

Katori Sugar
4
Katori’s Hot Water
2-3
Tbsps Ghee 
Method:
In a pan, dry roast the Rava till it colors and
emits an aroma. Add the ghee and fry on a medium flame for about 10 minutes. When
the Rava turns a shade darker, turn down the flame and start adding the hot water,
stirring continuously so that no lumps form. When it becomes a smooth mixture,
add the sugar.
Cook together, stirring in between, for 10 more
minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced dry fruits.
