(serves 2)
sized potatoes, pressure-cook/boil until done. Peel and dice.
peeled, cored and diced
finely chopped Celery leaves, or more according to your taste.
fresh, thick Curd
sized pods of Garlic
& Chilly flakes, as per your taste.
curd in a muslin cloth, knot the cloth up loosely and hang for the excess water
to drain out. (I hung the curd for about 40 minutes, and the texture was just
perfect. Any more and the curd could get too dry and hard)
the hung curd and, with a fork, mix well until smooth. Add the other ingredients
for the dressing and mix again.
the celery, potatoes and apples and mix gently until they are well coated.
chopped celery and chilly flakes.
while before you serve.
