Super spicy Dry Red Chilly Chutney!

- Oil: 1 Tsp
- Mustard Seeds (Rye): ½ Tsp
- Methi Dana: ¼th Tsp
- Urad Dal: 2 Tsps
- Ginger: 1 inch piece, peeled and diced
- Tamarind: 2-3 Inch piece, depending on the sourness of it
- 10-12 Dry Red Chillies, of your choice
- Jaggery: ½ Inch Piece
- Salt: To taste
- In a non-stick pan heat the oil
- Add the rye and methi dana and stir till rye starts spluttering
- Add the ginger and sauté for a minute or 2 more
- Add the urad dal and stir for a minute
- Add the chillies and sauté till urad dal starts changing colour
- Switch off the flame and set aside to cool
- In a blender add the above ingredients, along with the tamarind, jaggery and salt
- Grind to a smooth paste along with a little water
- Garnish with chopped coriander
- Enjoy!
