- For the spread
- The pulp of 2 ripe Avocados, mashed until smooth
- ½ of a medium sized Onion, finely chopped
- ½ of a medium sized Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped
- 1 small Green Chilly, finely chopped
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Chaat Masala, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground Pepper, to taste
- 4 Slices of Bread
- Butter (optional)
- Toast the bread and apply a thin layer of butter (if using) on the slices
- Mix together all the ingredients of the spread and mix well together
- Apply a generous layer between 2 slices
- Enjoy
- Note: This spread could be used as a dip too
