- 1 Katori Whole Wheat Flour ( Gehun ka aata)
- ½ Katori Ghee
- ½ to ¾th Katori Sugar (or as per taste)
- 1 and ½ Katori Hot water
- Pistachio slivers for garnishing
- (Any sized Katori/cup/glass/vessel would do, just use the same one to measure all the ingredients)
- Heat Ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add the wheat flour and roast till it starts changing color and emits an aroma.
- Mix the Sugar in the hot water and mix well.
- Add this to the roasted flour and mix well until smooth.
- When it forms a lump and leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame.
- Garnish with the Pista slivers and serve hot.
