Delicious, almost-no-fat, Doodhi Soup

Ingredients:
1 long medium-sized Doodhi, peeled
and cut into large pieces
1 large Onion, peeled and cut into
large pieces
5-6 pods of Garlic, peeled
2-3 Tbsp Milk (optional)
1 Tsp Oil
Pepper and Salt, to taste
Chilly Flakes or hers of choice (optional)
Method:
In a pressure cooker heat the oil
Add the Onion and Garlic and sauté till transparent
Add the chopped doodhi and stir together for 2-3 minutes
Pressure cook the Doodhi,Onion and garlic together till done (about 2-4 whistles) 
When cooked, let cool
Blend together using a mixie, till
it forms a smooth and thick mix, adding water if required according to your required consistency
 Switch on the flame and stir
until it starts bubbling
Slowly add the milk, mixing continuously else the
milk will curdle
Stir for 5 more minutes and switch
off flame
Season with Salt and Pepper and Chilly flakes or herbs of choice
Can be eaten either hot or cold.
