Peanut Masala


Serves 2


1 Cup Peanuts, with skin, dry roasted till they emit a fragrance and change colour.

1 Medium Sized Onion, chopped very fine

2 Green Chillies, chopped very fine

1Tbsp, chopped fresh Coriander Leaves

Freshly squeezed Lime (Nimbu) Juice, to taste

Salt to taste


Add all the ingredients in a serving bowl, mix well together and serve immediately.

Tip: If you are having a party, chop everything and roast the peanuts and store each ingredient separately. Mix together just before serving.

    Adding bell peppers- red, yellow, green also gives a twist to the taste. Give it a try.
