Malai Laddoo

Ingredients:
(Makes around 15 small laddoo’s)
 
250
grams Paneer
100
ml Milkmaid
1/4th
tsp Elaichi Powder
A
few finely chopped Pistachios
2-3
drops Kewra Essence
Method:
Knead
the Paneer, with the ball of your palm, till it forms a smooth paste. When
done, add Milkmaid to it and mix both together.
Add
this mix to a heavy bottomed pan and cook, stirring continuously, on a
medium-high flame till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the
pan.
Switch
off flame and allow to cool.
 
When cool, add the essence and Elaichi Powder, mix
well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Shape
into small balls, garnish with chopped Pistachios. Enjoy!
